Our Team

 Our teaching faculty is led by our Principal, Miss Jessica Franklin. Miss Jess began her teaching career some 25 years ago. With a natural affinity for teaching, Miss Jess opened The PDC in Erskine Park in 2005 at just 21 years old. Under her leadership, The PDC grew to become a much loved and respected dance establishment, opening its second studio in The Ponds in 2011.

Miss Jess is an Associate Member with the Australian Teachers of Dancing (A.A.T.O.D), holds a Master of Education, and is certified through Acrobatic Arts. Miss Jess is also a mum of two young children herself and truly understands how much students and families value a warm and supportive environment for their children to learn.

Miss Jess has choreographed routines that have received national recognition, winning multiple championship titles at the prestigious Showcase National Dance Championships. On the flip side, she loves nothing more than teaching our tiniest dancers as they take their very first steps into the world of dance.

Miss Jess is supported by a team of fabulous teachers who are equally dedicated to seeing their students grow and thrive through dance, many of whom started out as young dancers at The PDC themselves! Our experienced and enthusiastic teachers greatly contribute to our positive studio culture.
